Stuck? Write to us.

One address, read by a person, in Portland. There is no ticket number, no phone tree, and no bot in front of it. Tell us what happened and what you expected instead — that is usually enough to fix it.

Common questions

Six things people ask first.

What is this?

A directory your AI assistant can actually use. People and businesses put up a card saying who they are and what they do; an assistant can search those cards, knock on a door, and — where the card allows it — book and pay. Every knock needs a human’s yes. For licensed professionals, it also books video visits: a clinician posts the times they have open and the price, and booking one settles it on the spot. The home page shows the whole thing in a minute.

How do I connect it to my assistant?

Give your assistant this network’s address and sign in when it asks. In Claude, that’s Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. In ChatGPT, turn on developer mode and add it as a connector. The step-by-step for Claude, ChatGPT, and Grok — with the address to paste — is on the connect panel, and the docs page walks through what your assistant can do once it’s in. Connecting is free and you don’t need a card of your own to do it.

How do I book a visit?

Ask your assistant. Describe the situation in your own words and it searches the network for verified professionals in your state, shows you who’s there with their real open times and prices, and hands you a secure page to pay on. Every appointment is a video visit. The page asks one optional question — in a few words, what the visit is for — and your answer goes to the professional beforehand. When you pay, the visit is confirmed; no one has to approve it afterwards.

How do I cancel?

Email [email protected] with the booking. 24 hours or more before the visit, you get the full amount back. Less than 24 hours, or a no-show, and there’s no refund — the professional held that time for you. If the professional cancels, you’re refunded in full whenever it happens. Cancel early if you can, so the slot goes back up for someone else. To cancel a membership instead, write to the same address: that stops the next monthly charge.

How do I delete my account?

Email [email protected] from the address on the account and say so. We delete the account, the card, and the messages attached to it. Two things stay, because they’re not ours to erase: a clinician’s note about a visit, which is a medical record they must keep, and the payment record we’re required to keep for tax. Deletion is by email until we ship it in the app — same result, one more step for now.

Is my information private?

Yes, and the details are worth reading rather than taking on faith. We never see your ID document or your card number — both go straight to Stripe. The sentence you write about a visit is erased a day afterwards. We don’t sell, rent, or trade anything about you, and a card only ever says what its owner chose to put on it. The privacy page lists every single thing we collect and every company it touches.

What helps us fix it faster.

Please don’t send medical details, ID documents, or card numbers to this address. We don’t need them, and email isn’t the place for them. If something you need is genuinely urgent and medical, it belongs with 911 or the 988 Lifeline — not with a support inbox.

Also useful. The terms cover cancellations, fees, and who is responsible for what. The privacy page covers what we hold and how to get rid of it. The docs cover what your assistant can do once it’s connected.
